Questions dentists ask before booking
Straight answers on experience, the week, travel and money.
Choosing a course
How much implant experience do I need?
It depends on the course. Zygomatic is for experienced implant surgeons. Full-Arch suits dentists already placing single implants with confidence.
Which course should I pick?
If your patients have severe bone loss in the upper jaw, pick Zygomatic & Pterygoid Implants. If you want to treat terminal dentitions with same-day teeth, pick Full-Arch with Immediate Load & Pterygoid Implants.
Do the courses count towards ADI, ITI or CGDent mentoring?
The courses meet their mentoring requirements.
The week
Will I really operate on patients?
Yes. Days 3 to 6 are live surgery, morning and afternoon. You place implants yourself with Dr Zakir or Dr Salvoni guiding you.
How many delegates are on each course?
Numbers are kept small to ensure close supervision and no waiting around.
Who are the patients?
Carefully triaged patients for relevant cases.
What do I get at the end?
A certificate presented at the final dinner, plus verifiable CPD. Clinical photos of all your cases treated by you for your log book.
Travel and money
What’s included in the fee?
Your hotel (4-star, breakfast included), transfers, dinners and all teaching.
Where will I stay?
At Tsue The Palace Flat in Moema, São Paulo: a 4-star hotel with breakfast included, a pool, sauna and gym, 2 km from Congonhas Airport. See the hotel
How do I pay?
A £3,500 deposit secures your place, with the balance due 8 weeks before the course start date.
You can pay with the online link or by BACS.
Can I bring a partner?
Unfortunately no. As the course is very intense and numbers are small, we can’t accommodate guests, nurses or observers – only course participants.
